    With over 13 years of experience in management across diverse sectors—including sales, the golf industry, automotive, and renewable energy—Loic Serret brings a broad and adaptable leadership style to Leal Energie Ltd. Since joining the company in September 2021, he has played a key role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth.

    Loic is known for his strong leadership and hands-on management approach, which has helped streamline processes and strengthen team performance. His cross-industry experience enables him to bring fresh perspectives and innovative thinking to the renewable energy sector.

    As Manager of Leal Energie, Loic is committed to delivering sustainable energy solutions while fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.

  • Heshna Devi Giani Jaunkeeparsad

    PV Technical Engineer

    Heshna holds a Beng (Hons) in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Mauritius and an MBA with Specialisation in Project Management from the Open University of Mauritius.  She has over 10 years of experience in the Engineering field and over 6 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.

    At Leal Energie Ltd, she serves as a PV Technical Engineer, where she is actively involved in the technical design, assessment, and implementation of solar photovoltaic systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

    I have been part of the Leal Energie team since 2017, serving as a Technical Sales Executive within the Photovoltaic (PV) Department. I hold a Beng (Hons) in Chemical and Renewable Energy Engineering from the University of Mauritius. My professional focus lies in promoting sustainable technologies, particularly in advancing the sales and adoption of photovoltaic systems and electric vehicle (EV) chargers. Passionate about clean energy, I am committed to delivering efficient and innovative energy solutions to our clients.

  • Saganaden Parianen

    Sales and Operation Manager

    Saganaden Parianen holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a master’s degree in building services engineering from the University of Mauritius. He has been a Professional Registered Engineer with the Council of Registered Professional Engineers (CRPE) since 2019. Saganaden joined Leal Energie Ltd in 2019 and currently serves as Sales and Operations Manager, contributing to the advancement of renewable energy in Mauritius.

    With a strong technical foundation and proven leadership, Saganaden is committed to delivering sustainable and high-quality energy solutions. His goal is to help clients successfully transition to cleaner energy technologies while ensuring operational excellence and long-term value creation.
